BARKING SKIP PERMITS

GB Waste Management are a registered Skip Hire Company for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. Residents and businesses need not apply for permits themselves, GB Skips will provide individual permits for each of the skips we hire out. Our range of skips have been designed to meet the safety standards and legal compliance set out by the Borough. The Borough expects 24-hour notice, however the GB Skip Hire team are able to negotiate with the Environment and Enforcement Service on your behalf should a shorter notice be required. Permits last for up to 14 days, and the permit will need to be renewed if required for a longer period.

BARKING SKIP HIRE PROJECT

As part of their ongoing relationship with Property developer and hotelier Ali Kholghi undertook the refurbishment of a second story commercial property into a boutique hotel accommodating both business and leisure travellers. Fully furnished, within easy reach of Canary Wharf, ExCel Centre and The City the Barking Hotel. During the conversion work the GB Skip Hire team worked to minimise the impact on the still operating ground-floor businesses, with careful planning of Skip Placement and timed pick up and put down.
